WHERE DOES AFI FIRE SHIP FROM?

We ship from our logistics facility in Los Angeles, CA.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders are shipped within 10 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays. We’re closed on:
New Year’s Day
Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Washington’s Birthday (Presidents’ Day)
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Columbus/Indigenous Peoples’ Day
Veterans Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

AFI FIRE is not responsible for carrier or customs delays caused by severe weather, service interruptions, inspections, or other conditions beyond our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION (USA)


Processing: Orders placed during business hours are processed and shipped within 10 business days. Orders may be delayed if extra verification is required.

Transit time: Typically 3–7 business days once dispatched (varies by shipping method chosen at checkout). Weekends and holidays are not included in transit time.

Notes: Shipping fees are shown at checkout and are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION


Transit time: Typically 7–20 business days once dispatched; customs may delay delivery up to 30 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Not included in shipping fees. All duties, taxes, and customs fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery, as assessed by the destination country.

Contact Info Matters: Add a valid phone number and email at checkout. Carriers or customs may contact you regarding delivery or fees.

Notes: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Yes—because we ship with USPS, delivery to P.O. Boxes is generally available. For oversized shipments or where required by the carrier, a street address may be requested.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

If you don’t see movement after that window, contact support@shopafifire.com and include your order number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS AFI FIRE’S RETURN POLICY?

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please email support@shopafifire.com within 7 business days of receipt for return instructions.

Return terms:


Returns accepted for store credit only (no refunds to original payment).

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable method; AFI FIRE is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

After your return is delivered to our facility, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing. Store credit will be issued via email and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

EXCHANGES

We don’t currently process direct exchanges. Please return the item for store credit (following the policy above), then place a new order for the desired item/size.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Think you received a defective item? Email support@shopafifire.com within 14 days of receipt with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A brief description

We’ll review your claim at our discretion. Items showing signs of misuse or not following care instructions aren’t eligible as defective.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failure to pick up from customs, we’ll issue store credit for the merchandise only once it’s received back.


Reshipments: A new shipping fee will apply, and we’ll confirm your updated address before resending.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged shipments.

SHIPMENT REFUSAL

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees/duties/taxes, and the return shipping back to AFI FIRE. These amounts will be deducted from your store credit. If the return costs exceed the value of the merchandise, the package may be abandoned and no credit will be issued.
